Sending so much gratitude to you ladies in this Happy November. Can you believe that month marks our 3-year anniversary?
It amazes me the work you all have been doing to stay fully empowered – even under pressure. I’ve watched many of you ease into grace during the most challenging circumstances while inspiring others to do the same. This is one of the main intents behind “Every day is Friday” so that you don’t have to live your life waiting for Friday (a day where we feel fortunate, free, fun, and fulfilled) to happen. We can transform from firefighting to being the next version of our highest selves. This happens when we move out of working harder, not smarter, and get vulnerable with people we trust.
In our master class this month, we spoke about the secrets of effective transition planning, starting with practicing one-degree shifts so that you not only meet your goals but also have the transformation you deserve. It’s important to take small steps because this can increase confidence and motivation, making it easier to stay in it for the long haul. According to the University of Scranton, a whopping 92% of people who set New Year’s goals actually never achieve them. What does the 8% do differently? They set goals that are specific and challenging (but not too hard). Our guest Rena Whittaker, (you can book time with her HERE) spoke about what Being tribal Means – T is for Trust, R is for Respect, I is for Investment, B is for Belonging and A is for Accountability & L is for LEADERSHIP. We truly enjoyed hearing how Rena supports transformation in organizations.

I strongly encourage you to attend the last master class of the year and, most importantly, the last deep dive of the year, where we will review each of the monthly classes so you can have a strategic roadmap. This a gentle reminder to let us know when you can’t join us for the master classes in advance because it helps us know how to arrange the breakout rooms. Also, if you must leave early, let the ladies in your mastermind room know and perhaps catch up with a success sister so she can tell you what you missed😊
