This quarter we focus on the first “T” in the Every Day Is Friday ACTT Blueprint For Leaders & Entrepreneurs. “T” is for “Transformation.” We can’t force Transformation to happen, but we can create transformational spaces for ourselves and our organizations for Transformation to occur. Transformation requires strategic thinking and our ability to recognize lifecycles.
As a subset, this month, we discuss where your company is within the Organizational Lifecycle (Startup, Founder’s Trap, Prime, Bureaucratic, etc.) and how to move your company towards staying profitable, productive, and in its prime, keeping your best employees and customers for a lifetime!
Regardless of where your company is in its lifecycle, it’s essential to focus on the Holy Grail of Business Relationships – Creating Memorable Customer Wow Experiences. To do this, we reflect on what is valuable to those we serve.
Think about what you and your team do to:
- Proactively ask those you serve for feedback.
- Generate and test new ideas with those you serve.
- Anticipate future desires and requirements before they even ask.
- Seek best-in-class information.
- Align internal success measures, e.g., profitability, with customer delight.
