Happy December!
It brought me overwhelming joy to see you at this month’s master class.
What I know for sure is when we take time to reflect, we can:
- Stay motivated and connected to our vision.
- Gain insight on actions that help or hinder us.
- Make more informed decisions about our direction.
If we don’t connect it’s like passing back and forth through the International Date Line (experiencing the same day over and over again).
Here is what some of you shared during our time together this month:
- It’s important to embrace who are!
- A room of filled with strong, supportive women.
- The power to keep driving forward towards goals, even when faced with challenges.
- We need to reflect to remember how far you’ve come.
- Reflection gives us a chance to gain traction to move forward with greater clarity and traction.
- As a driven individual, I often don’t take the time to reflect.
- It’s not always comfortable to look back.
